Since our last news letter in late May / early June, a lot has been happening. In our Supported Living service – many service users have been able to enjoy holidays and trips out. At Phoenix our love of cooking continues and we’re looking forward to hosting our own music festival at the end of August! Our Social Enterprise – The Portland Guest House, has reopened, and we have had a busy few months welcoming guests and working hard to get our course endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality.
In Fundraising News, this year’s Cheltenham’s Three Peaks Challenge saw 390 people tackle Crickley, Leckhampton and Cleeve Hills and raise an incredible amount for our charity. Now we’re focused on the London Marathon, which is due to take place on Sunday 3rd October.
