Leaving a legacy
A legacy to Aim Up helps us to ensure that there is a future for some of Gloucestershire’s most vulnerable adults. We have achieved a lot over the last 100 years, a gift in your will help us to make a difference in the next century. Legacy’s allow us to expand and develop our services, to provide better access to the local community, opportunities to learn new skills, boost confidence and increase independence.
Why gifts in wills are so important to Aim Up?
Each year more and more vulnerable people are searching for opportunities within Gloucestershire. We need to keep investing in our services, so we can continue to ensure that our service users and future generations can live the life they want.
What have legacy funds previously supported?
Following months of writing fundraising applications, In 2018, a legacy fund made it possible for the charity to embark on a new project. Our Social Enterprise, The Portland Guesthouse opened in 2020, to provide vulnerable adults and young people (16+), the opportunity to gain real life work experience, training and hospitality qualifications.
