Outreach Support

At Aim Up we offer a person centred,  Outreach service. Just like our domiciliary care packages, we work with you to ensure your support is designed around you, your lifestyle and your preferences.

Getting out and about isn’t always as straight forward for some people compared to others, but this service is totally led by you!

If it is just to go in to town and get your nails done, go to the barbers, meet up with friends, go to the gym. Or maybe it is just to have someone come to your home and spend time with you, maybe do some cooking together and chat. Our staff will listen to you and go above and beyond to support you in what you want to do.

Our staff team are great. They will be there to support you to reach your goals.

All staff are employed after background checks and suitable references. . Senior staff work closely with them to ensure the highest standard of support is provided and you are listened to. They will have gone through a comprehensive training program with updates being completed when they are needed. New training introduced when needed or things change.

All of this will ensure you are supported to reach your goals and aspirations.
